1. Click on the 'Forgot Password?' link.
2. Enter your registered email to receive a password reset link.

Procedure After Receiving the Reset Link

1. Check Your Email: Open your email inbox and look for the password reset email from Smarter Energy Dashboard.
2. Follow the Link: Click on the link provided in the email.
3. Set New Password: You will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password.
   • Choose a strong, secure password.
   • Confirm the new password by entering it again.
4. Confirm Changes: Submit the new password.
5. Login Again: Return to the login page and use your new password to access the dashboard.

Common Login Issues

• Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
• Check if your email and password are entered correctly.
• Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser if you continue to experience issues.

Security and Privacy

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Always log out after using the dashboard, especially on shared or public computers.
